This website is run by Pass4Me Driving School, trading as HGV Training Glasgow by Pass4Me Driving School, 130 Blochairn Road, Glasgow, G21 2DU. We are responsible for the personal information you give us through this website, by phone, by WhatsApp or by email.

If you have any question about this policy or how we handle your details, email pass4me1985@gmail.com or call 01413452995, Monday to Friday from 8am till 8pm.

When you fill in an enquiry or get in touch form on this website, we collect:

• your name
• your email address
• your phone number, if you give it
• the course you are interested in and any preferred start date, if you give them
• anything you write in the details or message box

We use these details to reply to your enquiry, talk you through course options and dates, and, if you go ahead, arrange your training, medical, theory and practical tests. Our lawful basis is your request for information and, where you book, the steps needed to provide the course you have asked for.

We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to marketing lists from an enquiry.

Enquiries are saved securely in our online enquiry records and a copy is sent to our business email inbox through a form-to-email service so we can reply quickly. Only our team uses these details to deal with your enquiry.

When you book a course, we share the details needed with the bodies involved in your training, such as DVLA and DVSA for licence applications and test bookings, and with an employer only where they are paying for your course and you have agreed.

We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any booking that follows, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that they are deleted.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• ask us to correct anything that is wrong
• ask us to delete your information
• object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it

To use any of these rights, email pass4me1985@gmail.com and we will respond within one month, as the law requires. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Some pages show an embedded Google Map, and we link to our Facebook page and to GOV.UK. Those services have their own privacy policies, which apply when you use them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
