Our C1 driver training will allow you to drive HGV/LGV vehicles from 3,500kgs/3.5-tonnes up to 7,500kgs/7.5-tonnes with a trailer up to 750kgs. At HGV Training Glasgow, all of our courses are designed to suit each individual person with lessons tailored to individual needs and our C1 HGV training includes; medical, theory & case study, study material, 12 Hrs in-vehicle training and test.
More InfoOur category C, otherwise known as Class 2 training, is the entry-level licence for professional HGV driving. This category C licence is the most commonly used HGV within the UK as it is very versatile. C training allows drivers to drive vehicles over 3.5 tonnes, but must not exceed 32 tonnes. Our C training includes medical, theory & case study, study material, 16Hrs in-vehicle training and test.
More InfoOur C+E (Class 1) licence training allows drivers to obtain the highest HGV driving qualification they can hold and will be able to operate Category C (fully articulated or drawbar combination) vehicles with detachable trailers of over 750 kg with maximum weight is 44 tonnes. All of our courses are designed to suit the individual needs of each driver. Our C+E training includes medical, theory & case study, study material, in-vehicle training and test.

It's a mandatory qualification for drivers transporting notifiable quantities of hazardous materials, and opens the door to a wider range of haulage work. Once I passed my theory/hazard perception test, I the took my C1 training with Jordan, who made my driving experience a pleasure, Jordan was patient and made me feel at ease the whole time I was driving: advising on things I might change and letting me know when I had driven well etc, really relaxed me to the point of passing my test 1st time after 10hrs of lessons. Very happy customer.

I recently trained for a Class 1 licence with Pass4me and managed to pass first time due to the great training I received. Everyone was very helpful, helped me gain confidence, and made the training enjoyable with the daft patter. Highly recommend David and the rest of the team if you are looking to do HGV training!

Best experience for driver training I've come across! 1st time pass on my class 1 with ease. Tom top lad easy to get on with and plenty experience and Davey is brand new helped out a lot through the process. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of doing any sort of driver training to give the guys a call.
